We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Consultant/Specialist in Foot and Ankle Surgery to join our team.As a Consultant/Specialist in Foot and Ankle Surgery at SearchPlus HR, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and treating a wide range of foot and ankle conditions, including fractures, sprains, deformities, and sports injuries. Your expertise in surgical interventions and patient care will contribute to improving the quality of life for our patients.Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patients conditions and diagnose foot and ankle diseases and injuries
  • Perform surgical procedures, including ankle arthroscopy, foot and ankle fusions, and tendon repairs
  • Prescribe medications, therapies, and treatments to manage pain and promote healing
  • Provide pre-operative and post-operative care to patients
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans
  • Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment options, and post-operative care
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation
  • Stay updated on the latest research, advancements, and best practices in foot and ankle surgery
  • Adhere to professional and ethical standards in patient care
Requirements
  • Medical degree and valid license to practice as a Consultant/Specialist in Foot and Ankle Surgery
  • Residency training in Orthopedic Surgery
  • Specialization or fellowship training in Foot and Ankle Surgery
  • Proven experience in performing various foot and ankle surgical procedures
  • Sound knowledge of foot and ankle surgery techniques, procedures, and medical equipment
  • Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and colleagues
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Detail-oriented mindset and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
  • Commitment to patient safety and quality care

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
