Job descriptionMajor responsibilities:

Building Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) policy and framework
Identify and analyze sector trends to assist in risk assessment experience
Assist in building content for awareness sessions and workshops
Conduct discussions with client to identify key functional, organizational and institutional risks
Build Risk Management (ERM) risk registers
Developing and updating risk dashboards
Building stress test financial models considering multiple risks/assumptions

Education, experience, and skills required:

Must possess a bachelor?s degree in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), accounting & finance or similar
Must possess one of these certifications - Enterprise Risk Management (ERM)/ ISO 31000 certification or be a fully qualified CA/CPA/ACCA/CIA
3 to 6 Years work experience in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) implementation, ideally in advisory
Experience in risk quantification and the application of risk simulation software/modelling (including Monte Carlo Simulation)
Experience in developing Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) policy and framework
Experience in building risk appetite, risk profile and relevant risk management activities
Must possess flawless communication skills in English. Arabic would be a distinct advantage
Must be an advanced user of the MS office suite, specifically power point and excel
Experience using power BI
