Consultant - Accounting and Finance (Abu Dhabi)Major duties:

Contribute to the delivery of engagements by executing defined activities with quality
Complete report writing, presentations and proposal preparation with guidance
Uses analytical skills to articulate business issues and needs
Demonstrates strong attention to detail on deliverables
Facilitate internal/client discussions via seeking and sharing perspectives
Develop expertise and knowledge of various sectors and markets
Stay up to date on market and industry trends
Demonstrate eagerness to deploy tools and technology to accelerate project delivery
Maintain strong relationships with middle to senior-level staff internally and externally

Education requirements:

Work experience requirements:

A minimum of 3 years of financial accounting experience in a relevant organization (preferably in big four accounting firms - audit and/or accounting advisory teams)
Experience in MENA market highly recommended
Demonstrate awareness of industry (Energy, Healthcare, Financial Services, and/or Public sector) leading practices is plus

Knowledge / Technical Skills:

Knowledge of IFRS and IPSAS
Strong analytical skills
Understanding of finance business processes and finance controls
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft products such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Experience in Oracle, SAP, Blackline, Tableau, Power BI, Visio, Blueworks Live, ARIS, Celonis is preferred

Interpersonal skills:

Flawless communication skills in English. Fluent communication skills in Arabic will be a distinct advantage
Sound presentation skills
Ability to articulate views and ideas clearly, both written and verbal
Ability to work effectively, and collaboratively as part of a project team
