If that?s you, we encourage you to contact us.Responsibilities:The job purpose of the Construction Supervisor is to support the Area Construction Manager across multiple projects to ensure the effective management and delivery of all construction activities for the project to meet cost, schedule and quality requirements for each project assigned including:

  • Managing contractors in the delivery of their respective scopes of work to meet quality, schedule and cost
  • Reviewing, commenting and approving contractor?s construction deliverables to ensure that such deliverables appropriately govern the execution of the work within the contract.
  • Monitoring contractor progress in the execution of their work to ensure the contract scope is being executed in a timely manner to achieve the contract milestones
  • Managing the contractors to minimize risk of Health, Safety & Environmental incident or issue with the goal being to manage with a ?Zero Accidents? philosophy
  • Construction issue resolution
  • Interface coordination between different contractors on the project, including contractors appointed by 3rd party stakeholders
  • Inspection of completed portions of the work to verify construction completion prior to transfer of responsibilities to the Handover & Inspection requirements
