Construction ManagerJob Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab EmiratesDuties & Responsibilities :•Permanent representative on site with Customer Management.•Prepares the agenda and attends the site management meetings with Client.•Liaises with the Project Manager as necessary and keeps him informed of all problems related to contractual, planning & cost aspects. Reviews such problems with the Project Manager and proposes solutions.•Close Co-ordination with site engineers on matters pertaining to construction progress and cost reduction.•Organize & Manage day to day site activities and assure the overall co-ordination of site activities.•Authorize start-up of site activities in accordance with the agreed Overall Project Schedule.•Reviews technical issues with the site team to ensure overall co-ordination of the works.•Manage the coordination & relations at high level with the client, subcontractors, and vendors.•Aware of ADNOC WMS permit system and to attend the permit meeting at site.•Organize and manage staff & materials at work site, produce man hour forecasts and controlling man hour expenditure.•Ensures that Quality Management requirements are adhered, in site always.•Administer industrial relations and safety policies to maintain proper discipline and morale.•Ensure that construction procedures are closely followed.•To manage the site interface project coordination.•Responsible for overall site management including logistics and store
