Job Description: ? Provide a welcoming coordinated function to meet and greet residents, visitors and service providers ? Coordinate access control with security? Awareness and understanding of safe evacuation procedures to minimize security risks? Provide information on building policies, community rules and the timings and locations of the building facilities? Provide information and direction of the locality of shops, restaurants, services etc. within the local community? Provide up to date information of specialized services, Dubai?s attractions, places of interest, events and happenings? Provide advice and direction on emergency services such as nearest doctor, dentist, chemist, hospital etc.? To pro-actively support concierge operations at site specific locations? Constant awareness of surroundings and remain focused at all times? Engage at site level with client, customers and general public and to remain calm, confident and polite at all times? To remain in contact with supervisor and seek guidance where appropriate? Take the necessary direction from site FM management regarding concierge operations and any other tasks as directed by FM management? Ensure relevant community rules are completely understood and to communicate violations to their supervisor
