Key Responsibilities:???????? Conduct Compliance reviews per the approved Compliance Monitoring Plan (CMP).??????? Assist the Compliance Manager to enable the Business by drafting Compliance opinions related to the integrity of the Market and the Business.??????? Review Clients files and applications submitted to Compliance at the on-boarding stage depending on the assigned AML risk-rating.??????? Assist with monitoring Company?s Compliance with the FSRA regulations, including international regulations.??????? Review of AML transaction monitoring, Financial Sanctions alerts management, and other FCC related monitoring matters.??????? Review of Client classification, Client profiles per the FSRA requirements and regulations.??????? Provide face to face Compliance trainings and ensure that employees are aware about the Compliance Policies and Procedures.??????? Drafting Compliance Policies and Procedures. Regular review and monitoring of regulations. Keep abreast of regulatory changes, update Policies and Procedures when necessary.??????? Implement Compliance checks and controls in IT systems and applications.
