Davidson Management Consultants have been mandated to recruit a western educated, native Arabic speaking Company Secretary for their client in Abu Dhabi which is an international holding company.We are looking for qualified Company Secretaries within a minimum of 10 to 12 years of PQE within the healthcare industry.The interested candidate must have a Degree in Law and have experience in establishing well-structured boards, audit committees, risk management practices and protection of shareholder rights.The role would require the Company Secretary to ensure that the company complies with standard financial and legal practices and maintains standards of corporate governance.You will also participate in board meetings, preparing agendas and minutes, ensuring compliance with corporate governance standards, updating corporate governance framework documents.Salary : Up to AED 60,000 per month plus family benefits.
