Job Description

  • Assist the chefs in the kitchen in preparing and cooking dishes?
  • Prepare daily mis-en-place and food production in different sections of the kitchen
  • Measure and mix ingredients according to established recipe cards and methods
  • Participate in ensuring that the work section is kept clean and in orderly fashion
  • Prepare basic dishes and assists the chefs in a fast phase daily setting
