What You will do: Develop service proposals to gain new profitable accounts by utilizing CRM . Manage customer negotiation processes and improve various existing work process flows. Analyse and support development and execution of underwriting, automation, and operational strategies to manage the portfolio efficiently and effectively. Deliver the commercial objectives in line with our business strategy Maintain existing clients by utilizing creative problem solving and negotiation skills to resolve clients contractual & commercial inquires. Utilize CRM software to build rapport and business relationships with key account managers. To manage all RFPs and Tenders formulating and submissionsRequirementsBachelor s degree inbusiness administration or any relevant field.Minimum 3 years ofexperience in the same field.Proven track record inRFP s & Tenders delivery to deadlines and targets.Must bewell-versed in MS Office and Vendor Management.Excellent communicationskills and analytical abilities
