A leading Abu Dhabi based private holding companyrequires a Commercial LawyerRequisites:

Draft, review and negotiate agreements and legal contracts; monitor and maintain compliance with UAE laws and regulations.
Thorough knowledge and experience in the field of Commercial Law, company formation and related legal requirements.
Provide legal counsel to companies and clients on the legal aspect of business.
Legal advice to the group on mergers/acquisitions.
Handle corporate risk management and minimize companys exposure to litigation.
Familiar with Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (?FCPA?) and other anti-corruption laws, compliance/due diligence requirements.

Good communication skills in Arabic and English languages. Age between 30 to 45 years Qualification : LLB/LLM
