The E-commerce Executive will be responsible for driving online sales, managing our online presence, and developing and executing online marketing campaigns to increase revenue and brand awareness.

  • Manage and optimize our online booking platforms, including the hotel website and third-party websites, to maximize online sales and revenue
  • Create and implement online marketing campaigns to drive traffic and increase conversion rates
  • Monitor and analyze website and social media analytics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to engage with customers and increase brand loyalty
  • Manage online reviews and reputation management to ensure positive brand image and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative and engaging content for online platforms
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices to stay ahead of the competition
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in E-commerce or Digital Marketing in the hotel or hospitality industry
  • Experience with online booking platforms, online marketing campaigns, and social media management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address issues and opportunities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, and other relevant tools
  • Knowledge of the UAE hospitality industry and market trends is preferred
