Cluster E-commerce ExecutiveWe are seeking a dynamic and talented E-commerce Executive to join our team in the hotel industry in the UAE. The E-commerce Executive will be responsible for driving online sales, managing our online presence, and developing and executing online marketing campaigns to increase revenue and brand awareness. The sky is your limit What you will be doing:.Manage and optimize our online booking platforms, including the hotel website and third party websites, to maximize online sales and revenue .Create and implement online marketing campaigns to drive traffic and increase conversion rates .Monitor and analyze website and social media analytics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth .Develop and execute email-marketing campaigns to engage with customers and increase brand loyalty .Manage online reviews and reputation management to ensure positive brand image and customer satisfaction .Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative and engaging content for online platforms .Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices to stay ahead of the competition Your experience and skills include:.Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field .2-3 years of experience in E-commerce or Digital Marketing in the hotel or hospitality industry .Experience with online booking platforms, online marketing campaigns, and social media management .Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and colleagues .Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address issues and opportunities .Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, and other relevant tools .Knowledge of the UAE hospitality industry and market trends is preferred Our commitment to Diversity & Inclusion:We are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.Why work for AccorWe are far more than a worldwide leader.
