  • Handle a team of at least 3 ambassadors to manage their KPIs, tasks/schedules and work with marketing team to hold events and guest speakers.
  • Exceed the operating profit as projected with your General Manager for your location by maintaining floor occupancy levels above 85%.
  • Understand all organization USPs and how clients can benefit and how we offer solutions that add value to our clients? businesses.
  • Keep CRM up to date with correct sales notice details & Agreements uploaded along with all sales opportunities as per the system standards.
  • Ensure client is assisted with settling in to feel well accommodated and welcome; and attend to client queries or concerns within 24 hours.
