Role:Client Servicing Co-coordinator performs key activities in the Customer Service operations process, close co-ordination between Clients i.e Sales Managers (Export & Oman), Supply Chain,Demand Planners, Warehouse(s) Export Admin & Logistics teams. Aim to give efficient service to the client at lowest total supply chain cost by efficient communication & co-ordination,optimizing dispatch load planning in vehicles to service orders & optimizing regulatory documentation expenses for dispatches to Oman & Exports- Process sales order- Dispatch co-ordination process with customers, Export Documentation Division,Warehouse(s) & logistics- Address client's complaints & queries on Quality & Service issues- Receive Sales Orders from Fresh & Ambient products from Oman & exports- Ensure Supply on time to fulfill the Sales order within the order to delivery timelines- Process Client's complaints with regards to service & quality issues & issue response- Perform analytical activities & present KPI's like On-Time in Full (OTIF %),vehicle transit times (hours) & turnaround times (hours) for outbound shipments- Ensure stock availability for clients (Oman & Exports) fulfill their Sales orders - On Time in FullResponsibility:- Process Invoices for Sales Orders from Oman against Order to Delivery Timelines- Process Invoices for Sales Orders from Export against Order to Delivery Timelines- Make sure stock availability with Demand Planners & communicate to each channel i.e Exports & Oman- Plan on-time dispatch to Oman & Export in co-ordination with Supply Chain partners in line with client's needs (Logistics/Warehouse/Export Documentation Division)- Report KPIs - On -Time in Full (OTIF %) for Oman & Exports- Report Transit Times & TAT (Hours) for Oman & Exports- Assist with miscellaneous analytical activities as required by department Head- Recording of stock for expiry management & distribution transactions for finished goods as well as company assets like crates & pallets
