Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Project Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a Civil Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of civil construction projects from start to finish. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of projects within budget and on schedule.Responsibilities:

  1. Plan, organize, and manage all phases of civil construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  2. Coordinate and communicate effectively with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
  3. Monitor project progress, identify and resolve any issues or delays, and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  4. Manage and supervise project teams, including contractors, subcontractors, and construction personnel, to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project plans and specifications.
  5. Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards throughout the project.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil project management.
  2. Strong leadership and communication skills.
  3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  4. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  5. Proven track record of successfully completing civil construction projects on time and within budget.
