Civil Planning EngineerJob Location : Abu Dhabi - United Arab EmiratesKey Responsibilities:•Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.•Prepare baseline schedules, resource-loaded programs, and update progress reports.•Monitor project progress and provide weekly/monthly updates and look-ahead schedules.•Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure alignment with the project plan.•Prepare delay analysis, recovery plans, and extension of time (EOT) claims when required.•Generate progress reports and dashboards for ADNOC and internal stakeholders.•Ensure compliance with ADNOC planning and reporting procedures.•Attend client meetings, provide technical presentations, and resolve planning-related issues.•Identify critical paths, risks, and provide mitigation strategies.
