We are looking for Project Engineer / Project coordinator / Civil Engineer with the below responsibilities:

Develop a project execution plan and cover all crucial parameters that act as potential guidelines.
Coordinating with Design Team and project manager for project completions.
Ensure appropriate implementation of measures taken during each step of project execution.
Monitor and report on project progress to PM.
Monitor stakeholders/ NOCs reports on progress and escalate issues if any to PM.
Minute all the meetings and ensure the MOM to be submit within two working days.
Weekly presentation and monthly report to prepared on time and shared with PM for final confirmation.
Send RFPs and negotiate the offers with subs.
Follow up with team members and leads for their design output.
Keep track of the project timeline and track the deliverables with the team and project manager.
Design, progress, validation reports preparation.
Facilitate the required data for the team design process.
Prepare and maintain track for the project progress.
Organize meeting as required and direct by the project manager.
Design experience is preferred.
