Civil EngineerJob Location : UAE•Supervising and managing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.•Reporting project updates, milestones and potential risks to the project manager and key stakeholders.•Analyzing and interpreting engineering drawings, survey reports and other technical documentation to guide the construction process.•Prepare necessary technical documents (shop drawings, technical submittals, etc.) for consultant /client approval.•Scheduling, Planning and overseeing allocating resources, materials and equipment to optimize project efficiency.•Timely raise material requisition and coordinate with the procurement / suppliers for delivery of materials, ensuring their compliance with project specification and industry standards.•Identifying potential risks and implementing preventive measures to minimize project delays, cost overruns and safety hazards.•Monitoring project costs, identifying cost-saving opportunities, productivity of resources and adhering to budget constraints.•Providing technical guidance and expertise to resolve construction-related challenges.•Should be present on concerned site daily morning before the work commencement and provide guidance to the site supervisor and ensuring work will be executed properly.•Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, site diaries, change orders, quality control measures and closeout documents.
