Description:Required for our contacting company office a highly skilled and detailed oriented Quantity Estimator with civil engineering backgroud .He/she will by accurately estimating the quantities and costs of materials required for various construction activities. Your expertise will contribute to project planning, budgeting, and procurement processes.Education of Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Additional certifications in quantity surveying or estimation will be an advantage.Proficiency in quantity estimation software and tools such as AutoCAD, Planswift or similar applications. Advanced knowledge of MS Excel for data analysis and cost calculations. Analyze architectural and engineering drawings, specifications, and other project documents to extract relevant information for quantity estimation. Identify potential discrepancies, omissions, or conflicts and collaborate with project stakeholders to resolve them.Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
