Civil DraftsmanJob Location : Abu Dhabi, UAEResponsibilities:?Prepare detailed drawings and layouts for civil engineering projects, including plans, sections, elevations, and details, using AutoCAD and other drafting software.?Collaborate with civil engineers and project teams to understand project requirements, specifications, and design concepts, translating them into technical drawings.?Ensure that all drawings comply with company standards, client specifications, and regulatory codes.?Revise drawings based on project changes, feedback from engineers, and updates to project requirements.?Maintain an organized and up-to-date database of all project drawings and related documentation.?Conduct field visits as necessary to gather data, verify dimensions, and ensure the accuracy of drafted plans.?Assist in preparing as-built drawings upon project completion, incorporating field changes and final project details.?Coordinate with other draftsmen and team members to streamline workflow and meet project deadlines.?Review and check the accuracy of drawings before submitting them for review or approval.?Stay updated on industry standards, best practices in civil drafting, and advancements in drafting technologies.Requirements:?Diploma in Civil Engineering, Drafting, or a related field.?Minimum of 7 years of experience as a civil draftsman, preferably with experience in high-rise building .
