Civil DraftsmanJob Location : UAEQualifications / Requirements:•Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.•Expertise in Autocad, Revit, or similar drafting software’s.•3 to 4 years of experience as Draftsman, preferably within contracting companies in GCC.Responsibilities:•Prepare detailed 2D and 3D drawings drawings (shop drawings, layouts, elevations etc.) for various general construction/ fit out and infrastructure projects.•Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure accurate and timely submission of drawings.•Prepare coordination drawings incorporating all services.•Ensure that all drawings comply with relevant industry standards and regulations.•Conduct site visits and surveys to gather necessary information for accurate drafting.•Utilize CAD software and other drafting tools to create detailed technical drawings.•Maintain and organize all project documentation and drawings.•Coordinate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.•Strong attention to detail and accuracy.•Good communication and teamwork skills.•Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
