Job Description

A newly launched UAE based incubator is on the lookout for an experienced technology leader to act as CIO as a Service, helping shape the future of innovative startups under its wing. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned CIO or CTO to step in as a trusted advisor, guiding early-stage ventures as they navigate the challenges of scaling, digital transformation, and emerging technologies.We?re looking for someone who?s been in the trenches?someone who understands what it takes to build and scale tech-driven businesses. You?ll be working with ambitious founders, helping them make the right technology choices, ensuring their infrastructure is solid, and supporting them as they bring bold ideas to life.What You?ll Be Doing:

  • Acting as a strategic tech mentor, supporting multiple startups on everything from cloud architecture to cybersecurity.
  • Advising on scalability, infrastructure, and product roadmaps, ensuring these companies are built to last.
  • Helping founders avoid common pitfalls?steering them away from bad tech decisions and towards smart, sustainable solutions.
  • Keeping an eye on emerging trends and aligning startup strategies with the UAE?s long-term innovation agenda.
  • Working alongside government stakeholders and investors to create a thriving ecosystem for startups.
Who We?re Looking For:
  • A seasoned CIO, CTO, or tech leader with hands-on experience in scaling tech-driven businesses.
  • A deep understanding of cloud computing, cybersecurity, digital infrastructure, and emerging technologies.
  • A strategic thinker who can balance big-picture vision with practical execution.
  • Someone who enjoys mentoring, advising, and working with ambitious founders.
  • Experience working with government, incubators, or venture-backed startups is a plus.
