  • Prepare, cook, and present a variety of Chinese dishes using traditional Chinese cooking techniques and recipes
  • Clean, chop, and slice a variety of ingredients, such as vegetables, meats, and seafood, in preparation for cooking
  • Work with other team members to plan the menu, ensuring that the dishes are balanced in terms of flavor, texture, and ingredients
  • Manage the kitchen and ensuring that food safety and hygiene standards are met
  • Must keep up with current food trends and innovations in the industry to maintain a competitive edge
