The bank extends beyond 150 years and in that time they have one of the proudest names on Wall Street.The CTO / CIO will will be responsible for driving technological innovation, spearheading digital transformation and shaping the technology strategy to support the growth of the bank.Our client is implementing bleeding edge technologies such as AI/ ML and RPA and You will be building the strategies and solutions whilst utilising your expertise of the finance industry.Responsibilities:? Work together with the senior stakeholders across Engineering, Product and other departments to identify and implement the technical infrastructure and digitisation of the bank? Develop and execute a technical roadmap aligned to the business goals and long-term vision? Ensure the implementation of best practices and efficient and effective technology solutions? Build and manage high-performing technology teams from 0-100? Stay up to date with emerging technologies and trends and technology strategy & Architecture: Experience designing future IT Solutions & services that align with business strategy (buy vs build decisions), vendor selection? Assess and manage technology-related risks and regulations
