Job Description

Our client is building a state-of-the-art AI chip manufacturing facility in a confidential location in the GCC, positioning itself as a global leader in advanced semiconductor technology. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Operating Officer to lead the operational strategy, scale manufacturing capabilities, and drive world-class production efficiency.As COO, you will be at the forefront of launching and scaling one of the most ambitious AI semiconductor projects in the region. You will oversee end-to-end operations, from facility development and supply chain management to high-precision manufacturing, quality control, and commercial execution. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires deep industry expertise, strategic foresight, and the ability to build and manage high-performance teams.

  • Lead the operational setup and scaling of the AI chip manufacturing facility
  • Develop and implement world-class semiconductor production and supply chain strategies
  • Drive manufacturing excellence with a focus on efficiency, quality, and sustainability
  • Build and manage cross-functional teams spanning production, engineering, logistics, and compliance
  • Ensure adherence to global semiconductor industry regulations and best practices
  • Oversee financial performance, cost optimization, and revenue growth strategies
  • Collaborate with the CEO and board to align operational execution with business objectives
  • Foster partnerships with industry leaders, suppliers, and government stakeholders
Candidate Profile
  • Proven experience in semiconductor manufacturing, preferably at a C-level or senior operations role
  • Deep understanding of AI chip production, foundry operations, and supply chain complexities
  • Track record of scaling operations and delivering large-scale industrial projects
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills within high-tech and manufacturing environments
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth setting with a focus on execution
Compensation
  • Base salary: $500,000 ? $600,000 USD
  • Healthy bonus structure
