?Preparation of the Periodic Financial Reports for the Management and Director.? Preparation of quarterly management accounts, Cash flow reports, projections, comparison of actual results withthe projections and perform variance analysis.? Liaison with senior management and external auditors for the new investment opportunities, expansion plan andreview and provide financial business analysis for the feasibility of potential investment / expansion Transactions.? Responsible for entire Finance & Control Department of the group including? Liaison with auditor firm for annual audit, preparing audit files, schedules and reports? Overseeing the accounting staff and ensuring their assigned duties/ task are completed effectively andefficiently? Ensuring the financial records are maintain in line with group policies and applicable laws requirements? Ensure control accounts are tally with subsidiary ledger on timely manner? Control the debtors management and ensuring the collections are consistent in accordance with credit terms? Preparing & finalizing VAT returns for all the group companies? Ensuring salaries and Payroll including P45, P35 & P60 are correct and up to date? Preparation of monthly management reports? Preparation of Cash flow forecast including five year business plans? Preparation of statutory accounts, finalization of the same after coordination with external auditors? Monitoring all petty cash and event floats as this is integral part of hotel industry business? Ensure the stock taking procedure and records are updated in regular basis as per the group policies
