Work Location: OffshoreLeave Cycle: 42/21Working Hours: 06:30 to 18:30 (1 hour break)Contract Type: Contract HireAir Ticket: Round trip - Economy class providedMedical: Health Insurance providedSalary: AED 5,500 per month + Offshore AllowanceQualification (minimum): Diploma in Engineering (any discipline)Experience (minimum): 7 years of relevant experience within the Oil & Gas IndustryMinimum 2 year leading the Fabrication team, capable to manage complete fabrication work with a team of fabricatorsJob Requirements:* Perform basic planning, documenting, and reporting for steel section works related material, manpower, work plan and safety plan (any CMMS system experience-mandatory)* Co-ordinate and execute maintenance and construction activities of piping, equipment and structural.* Assist and contribute in preparation monthly maintenance schedule ensuring alignment to the annual maintenance plan and control the implementation of schedule as per set timeline* Communicate the approved maintenance procedures and instructions to subordinates and monitor their work is carried out in a control manner* Supervise the activities and work of subordinates to ensure that all pipe and steel fabrication work is carried out in an efficient and safe manner* Ensure timely implementation of daily work on priority basis* Prepare overhauling schedule and daily work schedule* Ensure to implement PTW system and prepare technical reports* Ensure timely completion maintenance activities as per set standards and plan Company Profile TYCHE HR Consultancy is a leading human resource consultancy specializing in recruitment, sourcing, headhunting for permanent placements, outsourcing, local, and overseas hiring.
