Black & Grey HR is hiring for a client who operates a Multilateral Trading Platform in the UAE. Our client is looking to hire a Chief Compliance Officer who will be responsible formonitors, oversees, and managing compliance issues and matters within their organization.<br /><br />- Overall responsibility for the relationship with FSRA and other regulators<br />- Informing, educating, and training employees on matters that are associated with regulations<br />- Preparing appropriate compliance reports with regulatory agencies<br />- Ensuring and verifying that all regulatory policies and procedures have been documented, implemented, and communicated<br />- Conducting and overseeing internal reviews or audits periodically to ensure that compliance procedures are followed<br />- Evaluating business activities trading operations and assess compliance risk<br />- Lead the team responsible for monitoring and investigating compliance with applicable regulations and overseeing market supervision<br />- Designing and undertaking risk-based reviews to ensure compliance with regulations and identify areas of regulatory risk, control failures and regulatory breaches<br />- Work with senior management team and the Board to address key regulatory issues<br />- Provide guidance on regulatory issues to the business and assist at an early stage in product design and risk evaluation<br />- Supervision of Anti Money Laundering procedures and specific responsibility for acting as or supervising the AML.<br /><br />Requirements- Excellent interpersonal, communication andorganizational skill<br />- Extensive experience in risk management<br />- Sound knowledge of legal requirements and controls such as Anti-Money Laundering- Working knowledge of FSRA rules and regulations; Market Abuse Directives add AML/ KYC/ KYT guidelines<br />- Good understanding of how central limit order books and exchanges and clearing houses operate<br />- Good understanding of trade execution and post trade operational processes<br />- Understanding of the functionality relating to multiple asset classes including digital assets, securities, commodities, financial futures and options<br />- Knowledge of forthcoming regulatory changes and their impact on exchanges<br />- Strong ability to analyze, interpret and report in a clear, concise manner<br />- Working knowledge of wider international regulatory regime<br /><br />Benefits- Attractive Salary & Benefits<br />
