Key Responsibilities:

Handle full spectrum of financial accounting role e.g. Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, General Ledger, forecasting, budgeting etc.
Responsible for day to day finance and accounts operations including recording of all transactions in respective accounting modules
Preparation of full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts on monthly basis.
Preparing variance analysis Vs budget & forecast on a monthly basis
Perform project cost forecasts/budgets, cost tracking, monitoring and controls.
Responsible for timely monthly consolidated financial statements, payments, cash-flow management reporting.
Review & approve payment vouchers & journal entries.
Perform cash flow forecasting, budgeting and working closely with the finance and project teams of subsidiaries.
Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting system and policies for the set up.
Supporting Finance Manager in ensuring that intercompany cost allocations are in line with management agreements and transfer pricing policy
Supporting Finance manager in treasury related transactions including bank facilities, LGs, limit drawdowns etc.
Consultative with the respective departments on cost reduction initiatives
Ensuring readiness for external audit on quarterly, half yearly and annual basis.
Getting internal audit conducted for the unit and ensuring all the audit points are implemented as per IA recommendations.
Preparing annual budget and rolling forecast as per companys guidelines.
