Chemical Assistant EngineerJob Location : UAEExperience:•Minimum of 2 years’ experience in chemical engineering, fire safety engineering, or a related role, preferably with a House of Expertise.•UAE experience preferredResponsibilities:•Assist in the design and implementation of fire protection, life safety systems, and safety protocols.•Conduct chemical safety inspections, assessments and risk analyses.•Support the development and maintenance of safety protocols and emergency response plans.•Review drawings from consultants and contractors whilst taking into consideration local and international codes before authorizing them for civil defense approval.•Carry out site inspections for conformity purpose as per approved civil defense drawings and current regulations.•Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate fire safety measures into new and existing chemical processes.•Analyze incident reports and recommend improvements to enhance fire safety.•Stay updated on industry regulations and standards related to fire and life safety.Qualification:•Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, or a related field.Requirements:•Knowledge of fire safety regulations and chemical safety standards,•Familiarity with UAE and international code standards.•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.•Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
