Job Description

Position Title:CHEF DE PARTIE (HOT KITCHEN)Employment Type:Full TimeSalary: up to 4.5K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus accommodation, transportation, and duty mealJob Location:Abu Dhabi, UAEAbout the Client: A well known French fine dining restaurant in Abu Dhabi

  • Run and supervise the assigned kitchen section to the required standards set by the Head Chef.
  • Ensure all preparation of the designated section is complete and ready for each service
  • Ensure good stock and waste control is practiced
  • Responsible for the quality control of stock and prepared foods
  • Support Sous chef in delivering required standard of food
