  • Follow the instructions and recommendations from the immediate superiors to complete the daily tasks.
  • Prepare, cook and present dishes within specialty times and supervise commis.
  • Coordinate daily tasks with the Sous Chef, consults daily with Sous Chef and Executive chef on the daily requirements, functions and also about any last minute orders/ events.
  • Ensure that the production, preparation and presentation of food are of the highest standard and quality at all
  • Comply with sanitation and safety standards of UAE Health and Safety Regulations
