  • Manage kitchen operations and oversee food preparation
  • Assist with recipe development and menu planning
  • Manage inventory levels and support the Executive Chef in all aspects of the kitchens operations
  • Ensure that all food leaving the kitchen meets the highest standards of quality and presentation
  • Train and develop kitchen staff, ensuring that they are able to perform their duties to the highest standard˙
