Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will create diverse, high-quality dishes, manage kitchen operations, and ensure an exceptional dining experience. You must be creative, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present high-quality dishes, including appetizers, main courses, and desserts.
  • Develop and refine recipes, ensuring authentic flavors and creative presentation.
  • Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
  • Maintain food safety and hygiene standards, adhering to all regulations.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and delegate tasks effectively.
  • Monitor inventory, order supplies, and minimize waste.
  • Stay updated on culinary trends and introduce innovative ideas to the menu.
  • Collaborate with management to plan seasonal and special menus.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Chef.
  • Expertise in a variety of cooking techniques and cuisines (e.g., Mediterranean, Asian, European, Middle Eastern, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Culinary diploma or equivalent certification preferred.
