Camp BossJob Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab EmiratesKey Responsibilities:•Manage the day-to-day operations of the employee camp, including housekeeping, maintenance, and catering services•Ensure that the camp is clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times•Oversee the preparation and serving of meals, ensuring that they are of high quality and meet the dietary needs of employees•Manage and supervise a team of camp staff, including housekeepers, maintenance workers, and kitchen staff•Monitor and maintain inventory levels of supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed•Develop and implement camp policies and procedures to ensure the smooth running of operations•Conduct regular inspections of the camp facilities to identify any maintenance or repair needs•Coordinate with HR and other departments to ensure that all camp facilities are in compliance with company standards and regulations•Handle and resolve any employee complaints or issues related to the camp•Maintain accurate records and reports on camp activities, including expenses and employee occupancy•Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed in the camp, including fire safety and food hygiene standardsRequirements:•Proven experience as a Camp Boss or similar role in a large organization•Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills•Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures•Experience in managing budgets and inventory•Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously•Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software•Must be willing to live on-site in the employee camp•Fluency in English, both written and spoken•Previous experience in the transportation or logistics industry is a plus
