Business Development OfficerJob Location : Abu Dhabi, UAEKey Responsibilities :•Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.•Build, manage, and nurture relationships with assigned merchants to prevent attrition and maximize retention.•Act as the acquirer of choice by increasing wallet share and maintaining exclusivity where possible.•Identify and develop new leads to expand the merchant network.•Monitor competitors and provide market intelligence to support business decisions.•Complete required documentation and KYC renewals in compliance with company procedures.•Proactively manage risks and opportunities to ensure the profitability of acquired accounts.•Perform additional duties as assigned by the unit.Qualifications & Skills :•Bachelor’s degree or diploma.•3–5 years of experience in merchant acquiring sales and retention.•Strong knowledge of banking practices, compliance, and risk management.•Familiarity with VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, CUP products in relation to acquiring business.•Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.•Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
