Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Officer with a strong background in real estate development or brokerage. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, fostering relationships with clients, and contributing to the growth and success of our real estate ventures.Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Identifying and targeting potential clients in the real estate sector.
  • Market Analysis: Conducting market research and identifying opportunities for business expansion.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong client and stakeholder relationships.
  • Deal Closures: Leading negotiations and securing business deals.
  • Networking: Expanding your network within the real estate industry.
  • Developer Relations: Identifying, prospecting, and establishing partnerships with real estate developers.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor?s degree in business administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in real estate development or brokerage. Proven track record of successful business development and client acquisition.
