Our client is a large destinations developer based in Abu Dhabi with a diverse portfolio including major land banks, leisure and entertainment operating assets, residential, hospitality, retail, cultural and heritage buildings. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for introducing new sales/partnership concepts to the portfolio through cash investment or joint ventures. The BDM will create new business strategies to achieve yearly targets. Introduce new potential partners and or strategic investors for land, commercial and/or school plots.
