Job Description

We are hiring for a dynamic Business Development Manager (Electrical Engineering qualification) to join our Organisation Sales & Commercial team and be part of the growth. The ideal candidate should have the below skill sets.

  1. Lead the development of service department, team building, client approval, revenue, and financial growth.
  2. Lead negotiations with clients, partners, contractors, and other counterparts.
  3. Strategically focused, with excellent commercial and analytical skills.
  4. Assess project specification analysis & feasibility, prepare (technical and commercial proposal writing) and submit formal business tenders and proposals for new commercial opportunities.
  5. Be accountable for delivering results, achieving, and exceeding agreed targets and always strive to improve own performance.
  6. Establish and increase contacts and opportunities by maximising networking opportunities using multiple sources (conferences, events, social media, etc.) to increase awareness.?
