Job Description

Our client is a leading construction and engineering firm with a sterling reputation across the globe. Specializing in delivering top-notch construction projects, they have carved a niche for themselves in the industry, particularly known for their innovative solutions and dedication to excellence. As they continue to expand their operations, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and ambitious Business Development Executive to join their team.Other responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, including ADNOC clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and valuable emerging markets.
  • Lead negotiations and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective business strategies.
  • Prepare reports on sales goals, marketing activities, and market research findings.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities.
RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you need to meet the following requirements:
  • Nationality: Emirati national only with family book and UAE passport
  • Qualification: Must hold a Bachelors degree or higher from a recognized university.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience in a reputed company, preferably with exposure to ADNOC clients.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and effectively managing client relationships.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in Arabic and proficient in English.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
