Whats the RoleAs the Business Developer (BD) for Hilti, you will develop specifications and drive sales with our key Oil & Gas owners in the Sub-Region Gulf by placing Hiltis products & solutions as well as developing long-term standards. You will coordinate all project activities between involved Business Developers, local O&G Sales Teams & Technical Services to enable sustainable value-creation for the customers. You will drive the tailored customer strategy and lead its execution to increase adoption of Hilti / Oglaend solutions and coordinate a worldwide team associated with these accounts. What does the role involveIn this role, you will be accountable for the development of Sub-Region Gulf accounts (Owners) operating in the O&G business through standardization, project specification, sales development (direct or indirect) and multi-level relationship management, in order to increase Hilti / Oglaend share of wallet. The BD is accountable for the development of the strategy of the assigned accounts, leading its implementation locally through Hilti & Oglaend counterparts globally. Furthermore, you will take ownership of the account project pipeline and proactive build-up of Hilti / Oglaend capture teams to drive the aligned focus projects and increase share of wallet. This will be achieved by bringing market intelligence to the team to confirm and/or update corporate segment strategies while maintaining effective communication with the global Hilti/ Oglaend team and acting as owner of assigned accounts. • Civil or Mechanical Engineering Degree, Masters is a plus
• Strong knowledge of the Oil & Gas industry with minimum 5 years working experience
• Commercial awareness and competitive drive
• High level of communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in Arabic and English
• Must demonstrate learning agility and capacity to tackle sophisticated challenges
• Passion for customer through high level relationship building
• Excellent problem solving, negotiation and decision-making skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently
• Willingness to travel within the Gulf region occasionally
