Burger & Pasta ChefJob Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab EmiratesRole Responsibilities :•Prepare a wide range of burgers and pasta dishes following our café’s recipes and standards.•Ensure all food is cooked to order and presented attractively.•Customize burgers and pasta offerings with special ingredients, sauces, and garnishes.•Manage the kitchen section dedicated to burgers and pasta, ensuring cleanliness, efficiency, and adherence to hygiene standards.•Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and timely service.•Handle kitchen equipment and tools carefully, following safety protocols.•Maintain ingredient stock levels, conduct inventory checks, and ensure fresh and quality produce is always available.•Develop new burger and pasta recipes in line with current food trends.•Assist with other kitchen duties as required.Role Requirements :•Proven experience as a chef specializing in burgers and pasta•Ability to create and cook a variety of burger and pasta recipes with consistency.•Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen operation standards.•Strong attention to detail and passion for high-quality food presentation.•Good communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.•Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and public holidays.•Willing to undergo a trial period to demonstrate your culinary abilities.
