  • Supervise the food prep and cooking, maintaining a fully-stocked kitchen inventory and complying with safety and cleanliness standards
  • Train and manage kitchen staff and guide them to deliver quality food on time. Product development to test and create menu items and ingredients as requested and nurture and train new employees.
  • Develop, recommend and prepare for food tasting with management to improve current menu and add new menu items
  • Assist the ?Store-in-Charge or Restaurant Manager? with inventory stock and ensure food products safety compliance
  • Creative integration and innovative food and beverage streams into marketing, menu improvement by designing and recommend exceptional menus to drive high levels of customer satisfaction and return visits
  • Review all food and beverage contracts and make recommendations to the COO where appropriate
