Bodyshop ManagerJob Purpose: The Bodyshop Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire operations of the body shop department within the auto dealership. They manage a team of technicians, service advisors and support staff, ensuring efficient operations, exceptional customer service, and high-quality repair and maintenance. The Bodyshop Manager is also responsible for maintaining a safe working environment, uphold quality standards, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and meeting or exceeding department goals.??Qualifications : ??•Bachelor’s Degree in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering with post graduating or MBA in management is an advantage•Minimum 7 - 10 years experience in the automobile industry & at least 5 years in a similar position handing a team of 40-50 team members in dealership bodyshop•Should have good network and reputation with insurance companies across UAE.•High-level planning and analytical skills•Leadership, people management, and team-building skills??
