Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and passionate Eyebrow and Lash Artist to provide top-notch beauty services to our clients. If you have a keen eye for detail and a love for enhancing natural beauty, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities:- Perform eyebrow shaping (waxing, threading, tweezing, tinting and lamination) and lash services (extensions, lifts, tints).- Consult with clients to understand their desired look and provide personalized recommendations.Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.

  • Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in brow and lash artistry.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in the beauty industry by attending relevant workshops, training sessions, and industry events, integrating new knowledge and skills into service offerings to meet evolving client demands.
  • Engage in thorough consultations with clients to assess their individual brow or lash requirements and desires, providing professional insights and recommendations on suitable products and services to amplify their overall look and elevate their self-assurance.
  • Conduct personalized client consultations to analyze their specific brow/lash preferences and needs, furnishing expert advice and recommendations on suitable products and services to elevate their overall appearance and bolster their self-esteem.
  • Cultivate and nurture enduring client bonds by showcasing professionalism, empathy, and outstanding communication finesse, fostering an inviting and pleasant environment that encourages return visits and favorable word-of-mouth endorsements.
