Job Description

What will I be doingAs a Beauty Technician, you will be responsible for managing and carrying out professional beauty treatments to deliver an excellent team members experience. Our beauty treatments include manicures, simple haircut and hairstyling. A Beauty Technician will also be required to help achieve team members satisfaction and manage feedback. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Offer team members a high level of service while embracing the Companys brand standards.
  • Manage and carry out procedures, have current knowledge of hairstyling and manicure and ensure all procedure comply with current legislation and company standards
  • Ensure team members experience is proficient including bookings and customer satisfaction.
  • Interact and communicate effectively with team members and management team.

  • A minimum of one year of previous experience within the beauty industry
  • A recognized beauty therapy / hair qualification

  • Ability to work on your own or in teams
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
