The hotel includes 390 guest rooms and suites, highly acclaimed food and beverage outlets, and elegant meeting rooms.We are currently seeking to hire a dynamic Bartender to join Food & Beverage Team. The successful candidate will be under the supervision of an Assistant Bar Manager/Outlet Manager.An essential responsibility of this role includes operating a bar within the limits of established Hotel policies and procedures and ensuring that guest needs are satisfied. Other main responsibilities:

  • All special occasions and events will be taken care by and creating innovative cocktail, specials and recipes.
  • Represents external & internal bartending competitions and advises all related participation and acts as a mentor for all junior colleagues.
  • He is involved in creating menus and check sales mix to make changes or upgrade with the coordination with the outlet/beverage manager.
  • Tries new methods, equipments required, new products and generates ideas for creativity.
  • To stock the bar areas with, juices, soft drinks, glassware and condiments.
  • To develop a complete working knowledge of the menu items and their ingredients and preparation.
  • To develop a complete working knowledge of all products served by the bar, i.e. mocktails, specialty drinks, etc.
  • Ensuring the bar is presented with high quality and stylish recipes..
  • Be creative and innovative during low seasons and high seasons to utilize revenue by implementing beverages, cocktails and Mocktails.
  • To ensure that the bar is stocked and all side opening and closing duties are completed.
Ideally, you have hotel diploma, with F&B and guest services background and at least 1 year bartender operational experience in 5*hotels. Fluent English is required, as well very good communication skills. You possess Creativity and bartending techniques.Understanding and awareness of all policies and procedures relating to Health, Hygiene and Fire Life Safety is required for all roles.
