Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Mixes alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to guests? requests
  • Collects beverages from storeroom
  • Cleans bar areas, prepare correct garnishes and mise-en-place
  • Maintains bar stock in accordance with established standards
  • Ensures security of beverage stock in the bar using key control procedures
  • Controls beverage consumption of guests and stops serving when necessary
  • Polishes glasses and respects all hygiene rules in serving beverages
  • Promote up selling at all levels and by personal efforts through guests? contacts
Skills and key competencies:
  • Must hold a hotel & hospitality management diploma or degree.
  • Previous experience in bar or restaurant industry
  • Knowledge in beverages and cocktail recipes
  • Good English oral and written skills
