Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Barista/Waitress to prepare beverages, serve food, take orders, and manage payments. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve coffee (specialty, flavored, manual brewing, hot/cold).
  • Take orders, serve food, and manage payments.
  • Maintain cleanliness and restock inventory.
  • Educate customers about coffee blends, brewing methods, and menu items.
  • Work as part of a high-energy team while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of Barista experience and 2+ years as a Waiter (preferred).
  • Strong communication, customer service, and teamwork skills.
  • SCA Certification (preferred).
  • Availability during peak hours, weekends, and holidays.
